  • Financial & Tax Data: Bank statements, financial accounts, and tax records.

We collect and use your data based on Contractual Necessity, Legal Obligation, and Legitimate Interest:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Performing mandatory “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screenings.

  • Statutory Filings: Filing documents with relevant government, statutory, and regulatory bodies (both domestic and international, including but not limited to ACRA, IRAS, MOM, IPOS, and WIPO) on your behalf.

  • Administrative Efficiency: We may share data among our associated entities and our support offices to ensure seamless service delivery and unified administrative processing.

  • Publicity: Displaying your corporate name/logo as a client of Excellence Singapore (Subject to your right to opt-out as detailed in our Terms and Conditions).

4. Disclosure and International Transfers

We do not sell your data. We only disclose information to:

  • Regulatory Bodies: Relevant statutory boards in Singapore and international registries as required for your specific engagement.

  • Professional Intermediaries: Banks, licensed auditors, or legal counsel engaged on your behalf.

  • Internal Support: Data is shared with our associated entities for support and administrative purposes.

International Transfer Note: For transfers of personal data outside of Singapore (e.g., to our Malaysia support office or cloud servers), we ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the requirements of the PDPA.

  • Retention Period: In compliance with Singapore statutory requirements (including the ACRA Act and Income Tax Act), we retain personal and corporate data for a period of 5 to 7 years following the termination of services or the completion of a transaction.
