How long does the process take?

Once the application is submitted to ACRA, most companies are incorporated within 15 to 30 minutes.

• Note: In rare cases, ACRA may select an application for a random compliance review, which can extend the processing time to 14 days to 2 months. This is a government-level delay and applies to all filing agents.
