These Terms serve as a general framework for our professional relationship and apply to all clients.

  • Supplemental Nature: These terms supplement any specific Engagement Letter (EL) or Quotation issued to you.

  • Order of Precedence: In the event of a direct inconsistency between these online Terms and your signed Engagement Letter, the signed Engagement Letter shall prevail regarding specific service fees, scope of work, and delivery timelines.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, design, logos, graphics, icons, images, and layout—is the exclusive property of Excellence Singapore or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

4. Publicity and Use of Client Brand/Logo

To demonstrate our professional experience and portfolio, Excellence Singapore may identify the Client as a customer and display the Client’s corporate name and logo on our website and marketing materials.

  • Nature of Use: This use is limited to identifying the professional relationship and does not imply an endorsement by the Client.

  • Right to Revoke: The Client may revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to enquiry@excellencesg.com. Upon receipt, we will remove such references within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Client Obligations and User Submissions

The Client warrants that all information submitted through this website or provided for statutory filings is accurate, complete, and lawful.

  • Accuracy: We shall not be held liable for any penalties, rejections, or delays from relevant government, statutory, or regulatory bodies (both domestic and international, including but not limited to ACRA, IRAS, MOM, and IPOS) caused by inaccurate or misleading data provided by the Client.

  • Authority: By submitting data, you confirm you have the legal authority to provide such information.

6. Professional Disclaimer

The content on this website is for general information and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. A formal professional-client relationship is only established once an Engagement Letter is executed and all mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verifications are successfully completed.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Excellence Singapore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Excellence Singapore, its associated entities, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or the provision of inaccurate information for filings with any regulatory or statutory bodies.
